He built the sales and operations organization of an early stage company from just himself to over 900 employees with a 4 Billion dollar valuation. With tremendous experience in SaaS and Marketplace, he has recruited over 150 Senior Sales, Marketing, and Operations Executives. As a sales and operations executive he has also recruited and hired over 2000 sales and operations employees over the last 20 years. An expert recruiter and interviewer adept at finding the exact fit for your role he has a ‘patented’ way to identify top performers. Jerry also has a unique skill at spotting a rising star/diamond in the rough to help build your team more cost effectively if needed.
